Reservation & Cancellation Policy
To Our Valued Guest,
Your appointments are very important to all members of our team at Hairaholic Salon. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply.
- Less than 24 hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the scheduled service.
- "NO SHOWS" or less than 12 hours notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
*multiple offenders of last minute cancellations will result in full payment of missed appointment and future appointments.
The cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping our team members' schedules filled. Our salon policies are presented and provided for the best quality and excellent service for our established and future clientele.
As a courtesy, we will call and confirm your service appointments two business days prior to your appointment date. However, if we are unable to reach you, and can only leave a message, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments, and the cancellation fee.
All guests will be asked to provide a credit card number for any services over 2 hours, for a special event (wedding, prom, etc) or those with a history of multiple cancellations.

Get the most out of your appointment by arriving 5 minutes prior to your service. If you happen to be late, we will do our best to accommodate you. However, we cannot guarantee the full length of the service.
No refunds on hair extension purchases.
We want you to be happy. We take great pleasure in the quality of services we provide. If for some reason you are unsatisfied with your service, please let us know within 7 days of your service and we will gladly work to ensure your happiness.
We accept Visa & MasterCard, personal checks, and cash. There is a $30 fee on all returned checks. All prices are subject to change.
