Rachel is the owner of Hairaholic Salon, opening her first location in downtown Mansfield, MA in October 2010 at just 24 years old. As her clientele and team grew, the salon expanded into a larger space in 2018 and is now an all-female salon of handpicked stylists and brow artists. Rachel’s passion for building genuine relationships shines through her role as not only a skilled hairstylist, but also a mentor, educator, and leader to her staff and clients. A true jack of all trades, she specializes in everything from hair pieces and curly hair to balayage, color, foiling, and cutting, always creating looks that make her clients feel confident and beautiful.
Lyn
Lyn is one of the most loyal and genuine people you will ever meet, and she is proud to be one of the original stylists at Hairaholic Salon. She truly enjoys connecting with her clients and building meaningful, personal relationships in her chair. Lyn wants every guest to feel comfortable, enjoy their visit, and look forward to coming back, with color that is custom tailored just for them. Specializing in soft, natural looks, Lyn loves creating beautifully blended colors and foiling for both blondes and brunettes.

Kristen is an original member of the Hairaholic Salon family, having been part of the team since 2010, and brings a strong love for both hair and family into everything she does. She creates an enjoyable, welcoming experience that naturally turns into long-lasting client relationships—and if you’re lucky, you’ll catch her contagious laughter along the way. Kristen listens carefully to her clients’ needs, offering thoughtful suggestions while paying close attention to every detail. Specializing in all haircuts, color, and dimensional foiling, her goal is to create modern, effortless looks while truly connecting with everyone who sits in her chair.
Her colors are vivid, her cuts are precise, and her blowouts are nothing short of stunning. Much like her personal style, Brittany’s work ranges from bold and colorful to classic and conservative, with everything from avant-garde to everyday looks. We’ve loved watching this friendly, down-to-earth, fun-loving animal lover grow into a dynamic rockstar stylist and mom. Kennedy creates dynamic, beautiful looks for her clients and is also known as one of the best-dressed people in the room, always inspiring new hair and wardrobe styles. As a master Bellami Hair Extensions artist, Kennedy specializes in everything from buttery, sun-kissed blondes to rich copper-toned brunettes. Whether you’re looking for a simple refresh or a full transformation, she takes the time to create a personalized plan that leaves you feeling confident, revitalized, and like the best version of yourself.
Kelly strives to create looks her clients truly love, ranging from classic and conservative to modern and cutting-edge. While her main specialties include extensions (Master Certified in four Bellami methods), hair cutting, and blonding, she thrives on the variety her work brings each day. Whether it’s a fresh color, a reverse balayage, or a brand-new haircut, Kelly always delivers with precision and care. Known for taking the time to truly listen, she creates personalized hair plans that fit both her clients’ hair type and lifestyle—treating every head as her canvas.
Nicole
Nicole’s goal is to take her clients on a journey to healthy, beautiful hair while providing a relaxing experience and educating them on how to maintain it in their everyday lifestyle. She is color certified, a Master Bellami Hair Extensions artist, and completed advanced cutting education at the Vidal Sassoon Academy. Nicole specializes in all hair types—from straight and wavy to curly and coily—focusing on hair health while bringing out her clients’ creative side through balayage, foiling, color, cuts, styling, and extensions. Known for her persistence and thoughtful communication, Nicole creates a clear plan to achieve each client’s desired look and is someone you can truly trust with your hair journey.
Debra
Debra is a master of her craft with over 40 years of experience behind the chair, including 10 years as a salon owner and educator for Goldwell color and J Beverly Hills cutting. Her love of learning is evident through the countless classes she has taken, continuing her education not only in hair services but also in the energy of crystals and astrology. Debra enjoys building personal connections with her clients, ensuring every visit includes a specialized color or precision cut that leaves you feeling refreshed. After a session with Debra, you’ll leave with more than just great hair—you’ll leave feeling inspired and rejuvenated.
Alyssa is our cheerful, happy-faced head receptionist, always ready to greet you when you walk in. Our smiley front desk captain is here to help with all your appointment and product needs. To the team at Hairaholic Salon, she’s our ride-or-die who keeps everything running smoothly. If you ever have any questions, Alyssa is the main lady to ask.

Danielle
Danielle, a vintage-loving mama from Franklin, MA, has been passionate about hair since she was five and has been a licensed stylist since 2006. Trained at the original Devachan Salon in NYC and a Devacut certified stylist since 2013, she’s known for her detail-oriented, thorough approach and her love of transformations. Danielle takes the time to listen, communicate, and create personalized hair plans that make her clients feel heard and cared for. When she’s not behind the chair, you can find her painting, cooking Italian dishes, or dancing in the kitchen with her daughters, always ready to bring your hair visions to life.
Morgan
Morgan began her beauty journey dreaming of special effects makeup, but quickly discovered her true passion behind the chair, falling in love after her first haircut, foil, and fashion color. Trained at South Shore Vocational, she built strong technical skills and developed a love for color and cutting. Her favorite part of the job is connecting with clients, making their day with a fresh cut, bold color, or playful transformation. Always experimenting with her own hair, Morgan brings creativity, fun, and a love of colorful transformations to every client she works with.
Nellie Brows
Janelle
Fascinated by all things beauty from a young age, Nellie discovered her passion for eyebrows first as a freelance makeup artist. That passion led her to one of Canada’s most sought-after brow studios where she worked as a brow artist for 4 years. As the master in the art of brow shaping, she brings her experience and vast knowledge to Massachusetts where she’s changing the brow game. She works closely alongside her team of artists to ensure a consistent and educational brow experience for every Nellie Brows client. When she’s not slaying your brows, she’s a busy mama keeping up with her two kiddos.
Mia
If you want all the beauty tips and secrets, Mia is your girl. Mia believes beauty is to be comfortable, confident, and happy in your own skin. She went to college as a musical theater major and has experience doing stage makeup (which explains her brow symmetry and stellar makeup skills!) She is a major Red Sox fan, loves the outdoors, and will vacation anywhere near a beach.
Rachel
Rachel comes to us as a previous Master Esthetician at PARLR after graduating from Catherine Hinds Institute of Esthetics in 2019. She brought her talents as a brow and lash artist to Nellie Brows to be
closer to her home in Taunton. Rachel takes great pride in creating
a peaceful oasis where her clients
can relax and unwind while she
works her magic. She believes self-care is essential and is eager to share her passion for helping others through her brow and lash artistry. When she's not busy helping her clients look and feel their best, you can usually find her traveling.
Julz
Julz is the best brow friend you never knew you needed. She originally started out in the culinary industry and quickly shifted to a different creative outlet by graduating from Catherine Hinds School of Esthetics in 2017. Her passion for the beauty industry quickly grew into offering professional makeup services and lash extensions for years. She has
two cats that are her life and enjoys reading anything fantasy-related, spending time outdoors, practicing yoga, and chipping away at her personal tattoo goals.
